Rules of the game

Terms

All payments are final.

No refunds. Ever. Not if you get killed one second after paying. Not if you drop in rank. Not if nobody clicks your link. Not if you change your mind. Paying is playing, and playing is final.

1

What this is

Kill to Rank is a game. It is a public leaderboard where position is decided by one thing only: how much money you paid. There is no algorithm, no voting, no quality review. You pay, you get a spot. Someone else pays more to kill you, they get your spot.

2

Listings

A listing must be a product website or an X (Twitter) handle you own. Whole US dollars only, minimum $1, maximum $999,999. Link shorteners, sexual content, malware, scams and anything illegal are removed without refund. We may remove any listing for any reason. Also without refund.

3

Killing

To kill the holder of a spot you pay their amount plus a bounty: $5 for #1, $1 for any other spot. The victim is removed from the board, goes to the Graveyard, and appears on the Kill Feed. You take their spot with your payment as your new standing. If you were already on the board, your previous payment does not stack; your standing becomes the amount of the kill. The victim keeps nothing. Their money was spent when they paid.

4

Being killed

You will be killed. That is the game. Being killed does not entitle you to anything: no refund, no credit, no appeal. You may pay again to return to the board as a fresh listing.

5

Clicks

Click counts are best effort. We filter what looks like bots and repeat clicks. Counts can be adjusted or reset if we detect manipulation. Low clicks are not a refund event.

6

The kill animation

Violence on this site is cartoon violence directed at logos and mascots. It is never directed at people. Do not upload logos depicting real people in a way that would make the animation read as violence toward a person.

7

Liability

Provided as-is. We may change prices, bounties, rules, or shut the game down at any time. We are not liable for lost rank, lost clicks, downtime, or your feelings about any of the above.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record. Their receipt is your receipt.
